7 WEEK SESSION POLICIES
We encourage you to register to ensure a space in class. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis with a 50% deposit required. Workshops must be paid in full at time of registration.
Balance is due on the first day of class. Class materials are provided for youth classes (except brushes and sketchbooks) but adult students must supply their own materials unless noted otherwise.
WS reserves the right to make changes in programs, schedules and instructors, and to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment.
WS reserves the right to cancel or refuse the registration of a student who is disruptive or interferes with the ability of other students to enjoy their class.
WS reserves the right to use photographs of students and their work for promotional purposes.
No monetary refunds will be issued unless a class is canceled. Refunds will be issued in the form of WS credit.
Course credit is non-transferable (to other students) and must be used within one year of issue.
All registration cancellations must be requested in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and received 2 weeks prior to the course's first session.
MAKE UP CLASSES
In the event that a class session is canceled due to a holiday or teacher absence, that class will be made up at the same day and time during the week immediately following the end of the term. Individual student absences cannot be made up and there will be no refund.
CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER
For inclement weather, WS follows the Local Public Schools Closing Schedule. Cancelled classes will be rescheduled and announced via Facebook, Twitter, & Text messages.
Single Day Workshops:
Payment in full is required at the time of registration to hold your seat. If, after payment is made, you find you are unable to attend, we will gladly refund your class fees less a 25% cancellation fee if we are able to replace you from a waiting list.
Multiple Day Workshops:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to hold your seat (amount to be determined for each workshop, please see the applicable Workshop Registration Form). The balance is due 30 days prior to the workshop date. If, after you have paid in full, you find you are unable to attend, we will gladly refund your class fees less the deposit amount if we are able to replace you from a waiting list.
In the event that a workshop you wish to take is full, you can choose to be placed on a waiting list by paying the applicable deposit for that workshop. If you are not called to take the workshop, your deposit will be refunded to you in full. If you are called for an open seat in the workshop and decline, the deposit will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee.
If We Cancel:
In the unlikely event that we or the instructor need to cancel a workshop, all fees that have been collected will be refunded.
We reserve the right to make corrections to prices and discounts for registrations made through this website.
